Our Graduate Trainee Programme is designed to fast-track exceptional university graduates into the Nigerian energy industry. Over 18 months, trainees rotate through key business divisions, receive mentoring from senior management, and develop both technical and leadership skills.
The programme typically opens annually and is open to graduates from accredited Nigerian universities with a minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1) in Engineering, Sciences, Business, Finance, or related disciplines.
