Dear Colleagues,

It's with utmost joy that I once again rejoice with you on another eventful year – 2022 that has just ended. My yearly message on occasions like this affords me an open avenue of appreciating all of you for the splendid support for me and my management team in the conscious drive to move the company ahead.

In the last three years of my administration, we have endeavoured to improve the deliverables of the human element through concerted welfare measures aimed at employees' overall standard of living. As the most valuable asset of the company, you will continue to elicit my management's positive attention even in the face of the economic issues starring the world and Nigeria as well.

With all the favourable welfare measures put in place by management in the past few years to improve the lots of the workers, we do not doubt that better years of steady growth in the operations of the company are in sight. Human capital development as a tool for learning skills needed to enhance service delivery will be intensified. We are upbeat that the level of efficiency of the workforce will reflect in the overall growth of the company.

Management is delighted that employees are seeing more value in rendering services in line with international best practices in the hydrocarbon industry. We remained eternally grateful to you all for being loyal and committed to the ideals of the organisation.

In a bid to consolidate this enviable development, management will continually review its operation modules for more diligent service delivery to stakeholders. You are assured of management's continued support on issues bothering your welfare priority as we march to greater heights in the new year – 2023. However, you should not be oblivious to negative tendencies that could impact the meteoric rise of the organisation among its peers. Every one of us has an important role to play in the year ahead and I'm confident that together we will achieve great things.
